★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the pandemic, I was not able to get a graduation photo. Fotorex recreated the experience of having a graduation photo. The people who work there are very professional. The place is very clean. Also, You can have a wide range of gowns for rental with the props from the respected University, as well as different frames to place you pictures. I highly recommend the place as I loved my experience there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had seen better photographer, however the parking is madness and the security guard is asking for rm10 for the parking.. if you want to go alone.. better park outside the main road and walk in or park at the building..

2. Outdated softcopy photo storage (in CD, lucky my computer is old)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strictly business, no customer service. Not willing to do adjustments if you bring your own photos, just do minor crop to suit frame size. On collection, no one bothered. No body noticed that you're standing near counter. Everyone seems occupied with their own work.

In addition, you can purchase soft copies (without editing) from them at super affordable rate of RM 30 per piece of photo. Otherwise, you can only have 2 poses for a price of 300.
Good job, keep it up.

If only there’s a negative comment I can give, I will give,
The staff doesn’t have a organised operation model.
Asked me to collect my graduated photo on that day but misplaced my photos.
Waste my time and petrol to Jaya one twice just to pickup my picture.
Are you going to pay me back for my time and petrol wasted???
Please, if hiring older people is cheaper, at least train them to have better customer service.
Rude and not organised.
Will never use them for any personal photography services.

I have been so confident in their work for my past graduation and even my siblings graduation photos three years ago and decided to come back again for my bachelor graduation photo this year. They did not apologize on their negligence instead showing very bad attitude. I am very disappointed on their service,yet I have to pay extra for their mistakes. I hope other graduates will consider wisely as we all hope that we were treated nicely as customers and will enjoy our memorable moment.
