β β β β β Store is aesthically pleasing and has neat range of spectacles.
It can be a little squeezy but it adds to the homely feel that the staff provides!
More importantly, the optometrist offers lots of advice to keep your eyes healthy. Some of which I didn't know beforehand.
Being from Singapore, I cannot comment on the price but it certainly looks like it holds up on value.
Also, thanks for showing me your cool Vespa! ??ββοΈ

Only rushing to customer make payments that what I feel after being done my spec after 2weeks Iβm been return and notice itβs doesnβt made my eye comfortable with lenses been made uncomfortable and blur had discuss to the optimist being ignore and told thatβs was normal! and serving another customers priority what a shame...

β β β β β Not recommended, i went there one year ago , i agree with the review from Juliet, i had asked so many times for the total price but they try to refuse. They rushing us make payment and forcing us do blue ray lenses. The post-sale service not really good enough

β β β β β Customer Service at its finest. Every staff were very friendly, helpful and easy-going. Prices were affordable (cheapest at rm180 only). Overall, Ms Tan and Lucas did a good job. Just have to make an appointment before visiting, or else you have to wait for a long time because the shop has limited staff and spaces for customers. You can get your glasses on the spot too (have to wait only 30mins-1hr). Probably the best shop in Pg.

β β β β β Apparently they donβt sell frame alone, which I donβt understand why?
They demanded to get the frame and lens together.
Called to ask thru phone after that to buy just frame alone, they said no more stock, and other colours are all unavailable which is a LIE. As they were still a few when I was there. Basically called a few times, no matter which frame I pick, its all unavailable to sell just frame alone. They donβt sell because they feel buying the frame alone will have QC problem later. Then eye test is RM50 without telling me. After the eye test then they inform you. Although there is a sign but well as a customer I didn't realise. Anyhow is a consent to let customer know first.
I called about 30mins after the visit to the shop.
Frame is RM180
Lens is 1k++
Service isnt too bad, however I wouldnβt go back and I strongly do not recommend!
