★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super dive shop, I've been to a lot and the staff here is great. Check it out, I only did fun dives and training but they were very professional and reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love learning with Kat at Freedive Tioman. She is very knowledgeable and can put any doubts or fears that you have at ease when it comes to freediving. She is able to train and coach every individual according to their ability and best of all, she is able to spot and correct small bad habits that can make a huge difference and turning her students into better freedivers. Freedive Tioman is also a great community and a good place to make new friends and getting to know other freedivers in Malaysia. The school set up is beach-rustic with an open air pavilion sitting on a beachfront with the ocean within 20 feet away- literally right in front of you ? and coaching sessions are made fun when you have direct access to the ocean and occasionally, Kat will take us out on a boat ride with Wasabi- a local boatman to other deeper spots or on fundives where we visit some beautiful spots with healthy corals and fishes and underwater boulders for swim-through. Tioman island has a very healthy coral ecosystem filled with an abundance of fishes and even reef sharks. So, it’s always a treat to go on those trips with Kat and the other students. I highly recommend Freedive Tioman to anyone who is looking to learn to freedive or even just to brush up your skills and do coaching sessions with Kat ? ?
