★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my partner were bitten by bed bugs in the hotel. We found a bug on the bed, trapped it and showed the hotel staff. They refused to provide us with a refund for our remaining 2 nights stay as we could not stay in that room. The maintenance man sent to ‘investigate’ the room had no idea about bed bugs and tried to call us cheats and that we had planted the bug somehow. Honestly have no idea how that works and shocked by their customer service. The manager wanted us to stay in the room until the next morning so they could investigate and consider giving us a refund. We now have to assess all of our items and go to a laundromat tomorrow to hot wash everything we can. It’s truly disgusting and taking away from what should have been a good holiday. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ check in 10/12 and check out 13/12 which is 3 day . Receptionist give rm 150 per night and i pay RM 500 include deposit, but in the resit shows she return my money rm350 which is not exist, she take RM 300 in her pocket. And I can’t claim my hotel expenses because of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. What ypu can expect with an old hotel. Fair condition for the toilet. Beside that all is acceptable . This hotel is near to INSAF n SITTIQ restaurant for you to try local delicacies like murtabak & Nasi Kandar. Situated near SOGO for tourist who is travelling for shopping purposes, behind sogo you can travel around KL with LRT. Near SOGO you can try the famous Nasi Kandar Saddam..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we got was a bit of a shock.Sheets had stains, toiket was not clean and the tv couldn't be switched on. Managed to get a better room after complaining. As for location, ideal for those who like shopping.
