β β β β β Brought my troubled laptop to ITS and James gave an excellence service. He explained in details his plan in order to find the root cause and fix it with minimal cost first, if not solved then only escalate for other means.
He asked for enough working time which i think is a fair enough waiting time (although i hope to get it fix immediately ?). And my problem solved earlier than expected!

β β β β β I was facing problems with my laptop and I spoke to the manager Mr.James. He was very pleasant and fielded all my questions patiently and politely. He is a very knowledgeable man and very soft spoken. He gave me a very fair and reasonable price for a new SSD which he recommended. I never regretted my decision as the laptop improved by leaps and bounds. I recommend ITS to you its located at SS2/67 and opens from 11 am to 7 pm. Look for James and I assure you will be satisfied. My Indonesian name is Arjuna Sakyakirti Wirjamoedja and I have never met a more skillful and humble Malaysian computer technical man.BTW he completed the job in less than 15 mins.
