★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased almost all screen protectors from this shop previously. Just for one time the matt privacy I bought came out and within 3 months. I understood that without receipt they had every right to reject. But I am sure the staff could recognize my face having patronised for many times. They couldn’t make decision to grant warranty of which I fully understood.
Then what I wanted to request was to buy another piece with some great discount but my request was refused rigidly by their manager over the phone.
I am not a calculative person but sometimes I feel that at least a customer shall deserve some “respect” in response to his loyalty. No staff is delegated with any power to give discount in this shop. I am not even a difficult customer. As such, I purchased another piece from them since I travelled far just to replace my matt privacy screen protector.
Despite you might be able to get what you want in this shop but given such premium price you spend, you will just be treated as normal customer only. Nothing special!!!
