β β β β β very poor workers ....11 may 2022 order at kiosk and pay at counter....but when go to counter the only 3 workers ignore people waiting to pay almost 30min...they letting us watch how slow they working with a non friendly face... KfC Paradigm please monitor them otherwise many people like me and few Infront of will walk away without giving U business... all the best...

β β β β β One of the worst kfc in PJ. Go menu is full of veriety but everyday sure some main item is either not sold or finnish and the menu available are limited choices. Buckle up for competation

β β β β β The service is kinda disappointing, cashier doesnβt really listen to special order made by customer. For example, I ordered 1 original and 1 spicy chicken with no drumstick but still they gave me 2 spicy chicken with drumstick. Please take more attention for the customer request!

She have pointed and asked to go n purchased the order in kiosk when i was already waited in line for song long. I asked her like normal that is it possible to purchase here since already standing here for too long, and also in the kiosk there one group standing long time make us wait. She asked me cash or card ? I said card. She said if card go to kiosk here cannot. Thn i told her i have cash too. She said still cannot. Her ans is wierd. I asked is that all the order must be order through kiosk. She just moved her head said yes. But thn there are ppl standing in counter too. Thn she shout to the ppl who came after me. And she accepted some others too !!. I went to kiosk, tat was my first time. I choose my orderd n found gt any oprion for remark i couldnt find it. Thn i proceed with payment since i need to do it quick. There ppl wsiting after me. I take the receipt gave to her and want to tell her that i dont want to add ice cube, and i dun want breat part. She just take teh receipt said sit first we will call you. Thn my order number came. I told her i dont want ice cubem thn she with angry face why cant u tell me earlier. I was kept quite n said i want different part n dun want breast part. She said hurmm next time tell everthing earlier, dun tell in last minute. Thn i got angry n said supposed u must asked, u just pack followed by ur preference, i tell u also never listen. She said i cannot ask. U must tell again. Thn i asked her y u so rude like this cant talk polite is it, since i am talking to with nice tone. She said watever .. by walking said gila. Thn i raise my voice and asked why did she tell that for few times. None of them came. N she walked like dont bother came again to me blabbering. And throw the tray on her n came back. I did it. She deserve it. I never ever did shout in public or raise my hand to anyone. She really make me that anger.

β β β β β The worst outlet I have ever seen. The chicken was not fresh and the meat was hard looks like old chicken and they fried twice. The burger was salty and the chicken patty was like rubber and I order signature box meals which comes with fries, chicken, burger and drinks. The KFC is out of stock of fries so they replace it with nugget, just 3pcs which was unfair for what I paid for. Lastly, my brother who ate the chicken and burger was suffering from food poisoning...

β β β β β The worst KFC thus far. Everything is not right ( no chilly sauce even after we ask for replenishment) smaller portion of food compared to other outlet. and the staff shows unpleasant face. We dont come here for free and a piece of advice - please be ready and behave appropiately.

β β β β β You now have to place order using the kiosks. Which is fine. I purchased mineral water, paid at the kiosk. Sampai kat counter diorg buat muka blur kata "Mineral water??" Rupanya mineral water takde pun stock. I said I paid already kat kiosk. They said change to different drink. Cannot refund. What the..? Update your kiosk inventory please!! Really bad la. Tak pernah ada excellent experience kat KFC ?. Just here coz my son likes it... Hope you guys can improve service nationwide. Thanks.
