β β β β β Staff were all very unfriendly and have permanent scowls on their face! At the time of my visit there were only 2 other customers and they were already having their drinks so it couldnβt have been busyness that caused the sour expression of the staff. Both the cashier and the one preparing the drinks! My children like Daboba but I donβt think Iβll buy from this outlet again.

β β β β β Ordered the honey pearls milk tea.. the pearls were extremely hard and not soft, not sure if itβs because they left it to soak for too long (the other Daboba outlets Iβve been to have softer honey pearls at least).

β β β β β Ordered the honey golden pearl roasted tea, and the pearls are literally as hard as rock, not chewable at all.
Whoever is managing this outlet really needs to consider their QC and staff training, seeing as other reviews had this issue as well, they might be using stale expired pearls.

β β β β β Like their signature roasted Brown sugar pearl fresh milk drink. Very sweet but love the caramel flavor.
They have a section for you to obeserve how they prepare their drink.
Signature drink is rm13.90.
Has a section for plain water as one will be thirsty.
Teddy bear is provided.

β β β β β If you want, try their signature Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk - suggest to ask for less ice as the normal level tends to dilute the drinks fast. The jelly can be softer... the milk... not really the best i have tasted. Not that great value for money.
But i like the catchy brand name and the logo design. and their shop does live up to its slogan, βLetβs chill with Dabobaβ with friendly and helpful staff. I like chilling there with my family.

β β β β β Waited for more than 30 mins for the cheese foam to be prepared and the pearls were really little as it was almost finished. Would have been good if staff could give a heads up of the waiting time. Pearls were hard and not very chewable.
