★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER SLOW service. I just came from Akademi Etiqa to renew my insurance yesterday and got tired waiting for almost an hour without my number ever being called. Came here expecting better service for my benefit of a doubt but only to meet with the same situation..coming here to give them business and made the waiting as horrible experience..now imagine when if i come here to claim my insurance..? What much harder hell i have to get through in that situation? NOPE! I'm switching my car & travel insurance after so many years of this same experience year after year..
