★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad service!! Acctually the shouldn’t to get any stars. Their front line staff spoke like people which no manners! Even during this MCO/PKP, yes we all know that parcel might be delay. But when i said that wanna post afew box that i already state that not too large box. Then them asked me to bring it first, when i bring it to them, she just told cannot because too large. Washing machine is more large than that you can take meh? We can pay the charges postage. If cannot accepted the large parcel better tell first no need ask to bring it. Please take care of your carrier in front line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the semambu branch. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was very rude. She typed the delivery address wrongly, but still blaming me, saying that my handwriting was bad. Hello, I can swear that I'd written it clearly and properly. I had even won the best handwriting award in schools and workplaces. No one dare to comment that my handwriting is bad before. She made a mistake but didn't even have the guts to admit it. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gdex phone operator kuantan is not helpful at all! Speak with a very unprofessional tone, like she is going to scold me. I just want to ask whether Gdex still delivering after 1pm on Saturday. Management should train this people. I have one bad experience with gdex too before this which is my item are not delivered to me. No messages to pick up at the office no nothing. Luckily, I can get refund for the item. So due to that I want to make sure my item this time arrives when I am available at home, but get bad experience with phone operator instead. Now, I have to wait until Monday to get my item? Its in Kuantan already since 8am this morning. So, slow compared to other courier services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really sorry, I never complain on google review but this time I need to say something. Gdex should train one of their front desk receptionist to try not to be rude to customers. Customers never know your policies but you can talk to them nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out for delivery at 10 am,eagerly wait but simply reschedule? U only got one job also cant do properly. Even jnt got so many more parcels and deliver at very later time also can manage to deliver on the same day. What is gdex doing? Not even contact me to tell about it. Very bad service, they just do whatever they want and dont care about customer satisfaction
