★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yesterday just find out my parcel still hold at their branch , few minutes i call them ask y still yet sending due to dis parcel urgent for my mom is a medicine and its important , after their checkingand so fast feedback as they call me back inform will arrange delivery by today (means yesterday on 26/6/21) at around 7pm my mom ady received their parcel ..tQ gdex for good response back ..good job..pls kipidap ya..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks very much to the branch Manager - Mr Ridzuan (i hope i spell his name correctly), for his immediate action.
I was sending out a parcel on the 29/12 from Cameron, due to it was a perishable content items, and I was told that the branch is overloaded with so many parcels, they're working days and nights to accelerate the delivery. Though tomorrow is a public holiday, 1 Jan 2022, the branch is still working to clear the parcels still.
Within less than 4 hours, Ridzuan has helped me to arrange the parcels out to the customers. I'd like to thank GD Wangsa Maju for your patience, listening to the customers and also your willingness to help. This has save me from compensating to the customers.
Thank you very much and I wish your team have a safe & smooth work in clearing your overloaded parcels. It's understandable as it was year end seasons and also the flooding incidents last week has resulted to massive work to most of the couriers branches. Take care and happy working always.
