★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't really know what happened in this jnt.. jnt never do this. If there is any issue, someone could inform customer.. at least!! Almost 1 month I wait for my parcel but not arrived at all. If true there is positive covid case among them.. do inform us as customer. We are worry about our parcel. This is very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE. Seller has posted my parcel on 27 May 2021. But CDC Taman Melati still on hold my parcel more that two weeks now. If have problem issue a statement so that customer understand your situation. When we track the explanation always uncontrollable situation. Use your social media platform to inform customer the issue/problem with your courier. Call and chat not responsive. WORST & BAD SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not deserve even 1 star. It says my parcel is under investigation. Hold my parcel almost 10 days. Call SC and the office did not pick up at all. Is this what I get from what I paid ?? I never had good experience with this stupid courier. Never once my parcel arrived to me smoothly. It's forever a hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Status delivered but parcel not received. No phone calls. no messages, and there's even no contact number for this branch. How on earth can we contact you for cases like this? The customer service is of minimal help either, simply asking us to wait for several more days and instructed me to request for a refund. Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once ordered from Shopee and placed the wrong address. I went to this place to change the address, and boy where do I start.
Firstly, the place had "no electricity", still on their computer, and couldn't "change addresses" because they can't find the product despit being able to sift through each packaging. The staff weren't even doing anything worthwhile, just slacking in one corner. Thus, I went and told them the correct address, they wrote it down, and they STILL sent it to the wrong address anyway.
With no other options, I went and pick it up at the wrong address, there wasn't any message or call from them. It was on the ground for god knows how long at the house.
The place is also very terrible for parking. There isn't any big sign that tells visitors its J&T, just a garage-style outlet and no signage whatsoever. J&T could've contacted this outlet, but they choose not to for being lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I send out my parcel on 7th January and almost 11days the parcel is still stuck at CDC Taman Melati (SGR310)! Such a terrible experience on using J& T service! Still unsure whether the parcel will be delivered or loss forever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was stuck at J&T CDC Taman Melati SGR310, the seller posted the item on Feb 8, it should have arrived but this time it was delayed. It rarely happened, supposed to be an item from J&T SG BESAR straight to J&T CDC HILLPARK 328 but got lost in J&T LDC RAWANG 605 and now stuck at Taman Melati and what next ? Are guys drunk while sorting the item ? Now still have no movement. All the stuff died or what ?
