★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to drop 2 parcels here. After I have register and filling up all the details about the parcels in J&T app, I just need to come here and get the waybill print by the staff. The staff will measure our parcel's weight and scan the barcode inside the app before print out the waybill and later attach it onto the parcel. Even though we have measure our parcels and get the postage price in the app, it wouldn't be accurate as the total price you need to pay when dropping your parcels at the counter. I am not sure why but sksksk yea, also the staff here (she) isnt friendly and doesnt even greet me well hence i removed one of the star hee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I drop off, quite good the service and friendly , but I disappointed not open on time (9am I arrived but yet open), pls open on time in future. I checked google ~open time 9am, wasting my time for waiting.... Wait till 9.15am still yet open, I left cause busy with other things . such a bad experience
