★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple of days ago I have used their service for sending a document to Bangladesh. I wanted to sent by DHL, I asked them about the price of DHL, they told me DHL will cost 188 rm only for a document which one is so small. I was so surprised because I m regular customer of DHL where there price is 100 Rm bt here they said DHL is 188 RM. I asked for the lowest price of other company, they said UPS is the liwest and they charged 88 RM. I gave them when my friend received in Bangladesh, she was shocked because my document was torn from 2 sides and it was useless. Then again I had to send the document but this time I didn’t made the same mistake, I went to DHL on KLCC... Alhamdulillah my friend received the document exactly as I sent from here and they charged 100 RM.
This office is a scam....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS and DHL services OK but when I wanted to drop off a PosLaju already stamped letter, I was told they cannot accept envelopes with already a stamp on. Ended up having to go to a real PosLaju office. Friendly owner, staff OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here to attempt shipment of face mask Magicopper brand for my siblings use in Australia. However was told that courier companies now do not accept any kind of face masks to be shipped over internationally. The Malay young lady who attended to me was courteous despite of her busyness. Parking to get here can be a challenge on a busy day. Overall, experience rendered by this outlet was a good one. Will choose to use their services one day.
