โ โ โ โ โ I am truly having the best experience of my life at Gem clinic. Decided to do two kinds of procedures here due to how professional the team is and most importantly how experienced and highly accredited the doctors are.
PRP + CO2 Laser:
I have to say their prices are one of the most competitive and the staff that helps you are just tip top. They are professional, kind and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Also, I was in super good hands under the supervision of Doctor Sam. So far I am seeing very good improvements to my skin just after a few treatments.
Korean Double Eyelid:
Did my double eyelid sutures today with Doctor Khoo and the experience was awesome. If you are a person with extreme anxiety like me, rest assured the team can make you feel calm and composed. The whole process I was assured and babied by the warmth and care of the team and the procedure ended even before I could count to 1000 :P.

โ โ โ โ โ I I did thread and filler, and to be honest, I don't really feel any pain at all. Dr was very gentle, and the whole procedure was comfortable.
Also, Dr Cheryline give so much advice on my skin, and my pimple has improve a lot with chemical peel done by Dr cheryline.
Overall, they have a very GOOD customer service, I love their teams. They are very friendly! Will definitely become my go to aesthetic clinic!

โ โ โ โ โ If were to write a review, where should I start ? Cause it's a long story for me... But to cut it short,
I had my first double eyelids surgery back in year 2019 and during the recovery periods there are some minor mistakes and very quickly doctor help me fixed it back! And here I would like to specially thanks few person .
Firstly , I would like to thanks Dr ling & Dr Khoo for helping me doing my double eyelids surgery.
Both of them are very professional surgeons.
They are very kind, helpful and patience. And most importantly, whenever I had to refix for my eyelids they would never extra charge me.. Instead, they professionally fixed it back for me again & again ! Thank you very much!
Secondly, thanks Steph for always helped me out when I facing problems or when I had any complaints. She will patiently explained to me & find me a solutions . Thanks Sha for comforted & calmed me down during the whole operation.
Lastly, thanks gems clinic and all the team members . Thank you for the professional services ! I had never regrets for choosing G.E.M clinic ... Highly recommended !!!

To follow up my reviews today 5/5/2022...after so many years and times of surgery for my double eyelids.
As promised by gem clinic, dr khoo will help me to adjust & beautify my right side double eyelid again. And today, i dropby to gem clinic and let dr khoo to adjust to make it perfectly. Without any hesitate, with his professionalism and kindness...my double eyelids now is perfect! Im so satisfying with their services. Especially my beautician Steph. Never once failed to help me follow up my case. She is such a nice girl! Thanks babe!!
And overall, gem clinic never once extra charge me for any payment! Truly appreciate ?

Location: In the heart of the city, accessible by car, bus and LRT. Convenient.
Service: Extremely good hospitality from entering and leaving the place. All staff are helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable during your treatments.
Treatments: Effective and safe. Doctors are all experienced and will not push for treatments you donโt need and depending on your budget.
Go for a consultation to actually find out what Iโm talking about. I dare you.
