โ โ โ โ โ I have been a customer of the Midvalley outlet for PST few years, I find the product is good the staffs at the counter are very friendly and approachable, my consultant is very experienced and she never fails to explain each procedure during every treatment, sheโs a very happy and friendly person, since I am a senior citizen they make sure both they and me follow all the SOPโs that has been set for Pandemic.
Miss my treatment , Stay Home Stay Save, wish everyone good health always.

The consultants are professional and experienced, they understand your skin concerns and problems well before every single treatment. I enjoyed the facial spa experiences with New York throughout these years, superior quality of service, I am now having a firmer, symmetrically lifted, radiant yet glowing face and certainly a lot more confidence in and out of myself. โ โ โ โ โ Happy with the service here, consultants are caring and gentle as well as very polite. Very comfortable space to relax amd enjoy the facial treatment given especially in the private rooms where disturbance is at a minimal. Am especially happy with my facial consultant Ares as i feel she is extremely skilled and professional with her work and very knowledgeable about the products and what best suits a person.

โ โ โ โ โ I feel phobia if consultant offered you new treatment for free, as they'd like to show you the outcome of the treatment and ask you sign off the package. If you refuse there will have another 1 to 2 consultant coming in to pushing you, the atmosphere like if you not sign you can't left the shop. We are consumer, have the right to make own decision whether to sign or no but their marketing strategy is failed! They never put themselves into another person's shoes, they concern their sales but how about the customer? I told you I got half cut from my basic salary during this pandemic and I know my own financial status well, if I can't afford the package I won't sign it but that day you guys seems like forcing, keep brain wash me the package is good for me, asked me whether I have credit card can do installment and New York Skin Solution is offered with 0% interest installment. I told them I don't have credit card then they said can pay RM500/ mth. Gosh! Told you my salary is getting cut pay you thought I earn RM10k per month? Ends up I forced to sign off the package because if I don't sign they won't letting me out from the shop. I still have more than 15 times consultation session which I signed earlier, I decided not to sign any if they still offer me package next year. They don't even know how suffer am I for this few months just to pay off the package they forced me to sign. And usually the first time free treatment they offered will do nicely after that the outcome just so so. I am not richer but the sight of your stuff in looking on me, please treat equally ya... If not sign any package from them, they won't greet you: bye bye, see you while you step out from their shop.

โ โ โ โ โ Con my money! charge me different rate every time i go and claim is diff kind of facial but actually same. the last time i signed a interchangeable facial bet. back and face and now claim that it cannot be changed! prob cause she wants me to sign more! Beauty shop that only good in scamming customers! Beauticians with poor extraction skill.

โ โ โ โ โ Traumatized with the new york. I am all the while regular customers and all the while my threshold to the pain during extraction was quite high. And my consultant always tend to extract very forcefully and painful.
Things happen around two months before.my skin initially no breakout and quite stable. when I go New York, during extraction, she tend to extract very forcefully at same area. After few weeks the scar still there can the place start to have some breakout and ้ญๅฃใnow my skin getting very bad and I very sick of new York.
When extraction, they will try their best to push the packages but the service is bad. Now I am still very upset with my face. Think twice before choose new york
