★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management .. every time got to wait for several hours because of the mistakes of the receptionists.. I went there at 9am, they help me register and asked me to come back at 11am, when i got back there at 10:45am, they told me they called my name just now but I wasn't there, so the doctor went out, and asked me to wait for another hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No system at all at the registration counter. No Q number and unable to make a call to you if wanna reach your turn. It will let you keep waiting for 3-5 hours. Registration counter is slow and not friendly at all. 5 stars price but without a 5 stars service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most reviews are true about their non-existent system in queuing. Nurses will just callout names...softly at one deep end of the corridor when there’s a large waiting lounge. If one weren’t paying attention after hours of wait, tough luck. HOWEVER they have a paging system which chimes loud and clear for Cashier payment with the name posted on their TV screen. Ironic isn’t it,you have a system to collect $ but not let customers know their turn is. When will this be implemented? Keep waiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect nothing but the best in ivf here. They are serious in this business. Dr Ng is clear in his explanation of every step of the process.
Expect the best from staff nurses, nurses. They are very motivated and knowledgeable.
As far as the queuing system goes, I'm fine with it. Like in all private hospital hospitals, your number in que may not guarantee you're next to be called. This is not a restaurant or jpj. This is ivf. Not everyone is there on the same day for the same reason. Some is there for retrieval, some there for follow up, some there for general check up.
Everything about ivf is time sensitive. From egg retrieval, medication and injection times, etc. All has to be with time accuracy to ensure best results. Take the whole day off if it's your appointment day.
Don't let the comments is the que system hamper you. So, harap bersabar lah. Good things takes time.
