★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Jayden Hong I had a wonderful experience in store today. I was immediately welcomed (well, they needed to take my temperature and details!) and Jayden was very patient as he showed me the various models of MacBook I was considering, as well as discussed at length the pros and cons of each.
When we discovered that they didn't have exactly what I wanted in store, he arranged for the machine to be sent from Singapore. His customer service was exemplary and I felt very confident and supported throughout the process.
Thank you, Jayden and the Switch Gurney Paragon team. I look forward to seeing you again next week to collect my new 2020 MacBook Air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it has been a year now, last year when the mco just started not so long, I went to here alone, there was around 7 staffs, a rich couple(guessed thru their attire lol), a western guy n I. I was patiently waiting at the entrance in order to get scan n go in, several staff saw me but they didn't approach to me, I've waited at least 15mins there n finally a staff saw me n came to me. Since then, I never stepped into this store. Just so disappointed n sad to not being welcome. Hopefully they've changed better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable environment with the bright lights and huge store space. Lots of Mac's and accessories in the store but it doesn't feel crowded at all. We were served by GH who is very friendly at helping to advise the right Mac book for us. He even offered to grab our Mac from Gurney Plaza as the model we wanted wasn't available at Gurney Paragon. All in all great Customer service by GH at Switch Gurney Paragon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Switch at Gurney Paragon during Independence Day yesterday. Was pleasantly greeted and assisted by Ms Vino all the way. She was very helpful in explaining the features of Macbook Air, the differences of Macbook and iPad etc. Ms Vino also helped me to re-register my old iPad during the purchasing of Macbook. Social distancing was always observed. Keep up the good work!
