โ โ โ โ โ Service super bad,check in and find out air conditioner not working,inform receptionist and she said someone will fix it,after 30min,no one came feel like sauna upthere,curtain is dirty,bedsheet is dusty too

Queen room when we arrived we found 2 single beds, the room was so dirty ,no
Towels, sheets where stained no toilet paper no coffee or no TV remote, the photos
Are false on the website, we've made numerous complaints to Agoda who are just ignoring our concerns, don't book this property. I'm talking this further to Agoda

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience. I had no other options since other nearby hotels were fully booked I stayed here for 1 night.
Rooms were very small that expected.
Aircond doesn't have a remote to control
You can either on or off at the temperature that's set.
Checked in at 10pm. Was told the towels are not ready yet. How is tht possible? Usual check in time will be 3pm. Should it be prepared by then? I checkd out around 11 something in morning and yet to received the towel ?โโ๏ธ
Bathroom flooding after shower as no proper drainage. Even the sink is clogged
No 24hrs receptionist. No one at desk for check out. Had to just leave key on desk

โ โ โ โ โ First off the cleanliness of the hotel is very bad with no constant cleaning is done, used towel is all pilled up at a corner, broken cupboards, furnitures everywhere in the hotel. The bedsheets and blankets got blood stains??? Worst hotel to check in and the hotel is lack of staffs as well.. my first and my last to ever check in to this hotel and highly not recommended for tourists if you want a comfortable and clean place to stay.. constant noise of kids running and shouting at the corridors.. just a bad experience

โ โ โ โ โ quite disappointing .. first of all .. I booked a double single bed room .. given a double bed .. I asked for towels .. the clerk told me the towels were still in the laundry. Towels were not sent until I checked out .. I had to go out and buy my own towels .. the room was not clean .. the toilet was not clean .. the sheets were dirty. This is the first and last time I checked into this hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ No star given. The hotel's reception area is dirty. My first impression of this hotel was bad. The staff is so unfriendly. The checkin time was at 3pm and they cancelled my reservation at 1pm claiming no show. Not only that, they charged my card for the rooms i booked without calling or wait for me to check in at 3pm. Unethical. They said no more room available for me on that day when i reached there at 3.10pm. I was travelling with baby and it was so hard for me that day to get another hotel. Such a terrible management.
