Gingersnaps was born out of a deep passion for fashionable children’s wear. Fashion is exciting, ever changing, constantly evolving. Trendy, global, fashion-forward – they believe this is what children’s wear should be. With the convenience of travel and the fact that they live in an era where consumers are more global and discriminating, children’s retail, must now meet this demand. Retail must be elevated to a total experience, not only with the regards to the products, but with the store setting, service, packaging and visual merchandising as well. With this thought, their concept was born.
Gingersnaps is the leading brand for children’s wear in the Philippines. From their modest beginnings in 1994 as a single corner in a department store, they have grown to 31 boutiques and 25 department store corners in the prime establishments nationwide.
Today, they have boutique stores and department store corners in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. The next few years will see the bringing their concept to different regions from which they have been receiving numerous inquiries.
The Company
Gingersnaps operates from a fully set-up headquarters in Manila. Currently, we employ more than 200 highly motivated individuals whose backgrounds range from multi-national, export oriented and well-respected retail companies.
At the heart of their business is the design team consisting of graduates from the best arts and design schools in Manila and abroad. They have a strong Visual Merchandising Team that ensures that all their outlets reflect the character and the feel of a true Gingersnaps store.
