★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location coupled with affordable rent. The community consists of families, uni students and foreign workers. The shopkeeper (Chinese Uncle) speaks french and has great insight in the affairs of the community within the condo. The condo is one of the older high rises around the area and maintenance could be better, but that is subject to the unit owners being more cooperative and having better management in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management sangat teruk. Please open side gate la. Normally just 5minit walk to mrt but now 15minit walk there. The reason for closing side gate because of covid and need to check temperature each person come inside condo, but actually front gate also not check temperature. Grab cannot come up to our house. Why???????? We order grab food because we dont want to go out, but now we still need to get down to take the food????? I got gastric and not feeling well to go down but security not allowed grab to walk to my house. Please be more understanding la..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management very bad. Security guard very lazy and arrogant. We've been told that access card was expired yesterday night only. Then today want us to get a new card, din open the gate to us. It is a very stupid thing! How to get the new card in one midnight? Management din open also. And We need working ok! Before working, management was closed and closed too after we back home. So tell me how to apply the new card in one midnight pls, stupid.
The site gate still closing because they lazy AF.
Last time said it closed due to pandemic. Now Malaysia was ady open everything Even mysejahtera also no need scan ady. Then i dunno why the site gate still closing. We paid the management fee for wat??????
