★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long time not being here. It's still as good. Service is excellent n the waiter serving us was fantastic no qualms quick as lightning getting whatever we wanted.
Stew soft bone pork was very tasty soft n tender. Stir fried beef ginger onion excellent with the beef not tough. Roast duck was really good wrapped in mantau n crispy Chinese crepe. Lamb soup was good too without the gamey smell.
Overall excellent n price is reasonable for the ambiance, service n food quality. Air cond is really cold but after a glass of wine or hot Chinese tea will warm up the body.
No corkage charges on liquor n wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my family favourite Chinese restaurant in town. Even though price is on the high side, but the quality and taste is really good. Reservation is recommended as they are quite packed. Go for their peking duck (similar), wrapped in Chinese bun, taste soooo good. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit for a large family gathering this week.
Location was good, ample parking and it seems to be the only business establishment in an otherwise empty mall.
We got a private room which was pretty nice and wait service staff that was attentive throughout the meal.
Food was a little disappointing there were some good dishes and some which were not as good:
Pork ribs were tasty (the sauce) but otherwise scrawny with barely any meat on the bone
The seasonal 4-in-1 platter: Calamari and jellyfish cold dish were nice, but the pork cheek in salted egg yolk was not good, as the salted egg taste/smell was overpowering.
The fried egg with crab meat served with cabbage was good and tasty, as was the tofu (but pretty standard for most places). The steamed fish was disappointing, texture of the meat was a little too chewy.
The duck was excellent, which everyone agreed.
Emperor fried rice was disappointing, nothing fantastic. Dessert of sago and avocado was refreshing and pretty good

?Mala pork ribs

?Mixed vegetables
Bao was ?! ? would definitely order again, and again, and again!
The mala ribs were a bit too chewy for my liking and the mala taste was basically the mala power rubbed into the ribs. They weren’t spicy, but could feel a bit of the numbness in the throat. Those who don’t like spicy food, could still easily eat the ribs.
The roast duck was good - rich in flavour!
I didn’t particularly like the fried rice - too much of saltiness because of telur masin, but those who can eat salted egg like apples will like it. ?
So, overall, a good Chinese restaurant! Super spacious and the staff are very attentive. Should be a good place for the CNY dinner! ?
