Food: predominantly selling coffee. Some sandwiches and bread.
Price: nothing in KLIA can be considered cheap.
Environment: there are seats beside the garden. Good place for you to take quick bite while waiting for the plane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking a snack before departure then Gloria Jean's coffee may be your next stop. Just after the security check, the first shop on left is where you find Gloria. I ordered the promo muffin and vanilla latte and it cost me RM22.20. A little pricy since it is really just a coffee and sandwich and snacks place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not complaint about the foods and coffee, but complaint about the staff working there. Bad services from the counter staff, being rude when I ordered politely with her, I ordered 2 Americano, she keyed in one, then me and another found out only one has been ordered, I went to counter and ordered one more, it seems like my fault and she showed me face all the while. And one customer asked for water, another staff just pointed to the tap and said that the tap has broken, but didn’t offered to get a cup of water to the customer, until the customer request for water, the staff just hold the customer aside and continue do her thing first. Don’t think that it’s hard a take a long time to help a customer to get a cup of water? Disappointed with the counter staff’s services !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel like a snack n a hot cup of java before your flight!! Gloria Jean’s muffins recommended, especially the ondeh ondeh and red velvet muffins. Ondeh was green, coconutty n delicious with gula Melaka filling while the red velvet was scrumptious, nicely buttered with great chewable texture- both were fresh n served warm (upon request) and washed down with a steaming cup of Americano, milked of course. Seating here was comfy but the staff appeared confused over our somewhat small order n got it all wrong. Refund was made, no harm done except some time wasted. Aptly refreshed n replenished we returned to await our flight.

Airport feels errie without many travellers. Aiport staff are more than travellers.
