★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today (5th June), standing at the counter waiting to order. But all the staff are busy which is understandable. But since we need to board our plane, we decided to leave without ordering after waiting for quite long. (The staff just ignored us). As we walked away, the staff said “dah lari pun hahaha” and continued laughing with other staff while looking at us. What’s the problem here? I mean if you don’t want to serve the customer, just say it instead of mocking. Well you lost potential customers, bad service ??????

Went there yesterday with my elderly parents just to get something to bite and some coffee before boarding. But after a few minutes of standing at the counter, we decided not to place any order and leave. Have some courtesy to let your customers know in case you were short-handed, don't just ignore and let them stand at the counter unattended.
We caught the staff mocking (in local language) and laughing at us as we walked away. "Dah lari pun hahaha / they scram away hahaha". They probably thought we don't speak malay. Doesn't matter what nationality or how your customers look like, it was so unprofessional and impolite for the staff to make such remark.
The premise and staff probably would care less about this bad review because people still going to dine there anyways. But I will just leave this review here and let your potential local / international customers read and make their own judgement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprise to find a Singapore home brand on Malaysian soil. Pricey with a toast set going for RM15.30 and i cannot change my drink from normal milk tea to my usual Teh C with sugar. Worst is they were heavy handed with the sugar and i couldnt finish the drink. Same goes for the soft boiled egg where they poured too much soya sauce. The toast on the other hand was ok. Unless i can choose my drink. Will give it a miss.

Soft boiled eggs were nicely cooked and not too salty.
Kaya toast was a surprise. Its butter and kaya were not between 2 slices of bread. They were between the same slice. If there were more kaya and more spread out then it would be perfect.
One star was removed because no service. Had to go to the counter to collect the food once the food was ready.
