★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A regular Gloria Jean’s coffee kiosk at the bottle neck of the L gates of KLIA2. They have an unfair advantage against their competitors down the road. It’s no wonder that they do roaring business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical franchise coffee cafe. Had chocolate chip cookie with walnuts. Didn't know there were nuts in the cookie until I bit into it, so those who have peanut allergies please be extra cautious as there no warning signs that their products contain nuts. Also, tried their chicken sausage roll which okay, I found the pastry was a bit too greasy for my liking. This is a good place to grab a quick bite and hangout for 3 hour layover in the wee hours of the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical Gloria jeans, nothing different here. Ok service long line of people aren’t quite sure what they want- only one person serving and three standing around... coffee and food is ok, what you should expect from a quick fast food store like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee was great and it is good place to take a sip of drink while waiting to be on-board. But the table was full of trash and staff probably didn't clean up as soon as previous client leaved. Overall experiences is fine still.

Anyway your have no other choice once you are already in the departure hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically, with no other choice before flying off, I had to get a meal from Gloria's Jeans. Grabbed a mushroom puff and latte. Puff warmed up prior to serving, latte of course piping hot. Honestly, just a fast morning meal to keep my tummy warm. That's it. Fast and quick self service meal.
