★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree that there is a beautiful selection of tiles. However perhaps i was unlucky, customer service was horrendous. I went at 0920 am on weekday and as I entered, staff who were seated said nothing an ignored me. I had to ask for someone, and later as i was choosing tiles, she left and sat back down to continue her work. What a shame for such a nice showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very lousy customer services. I went here on2 Jan 2020 at 330pm. At first no one even care to greet us. Then i had to ask a guy sitting at the front desk which i assumed he is the clerk but not a salesman. There was already a customer at the time we reached and they were entertained by a malay salesman. Apparently there is also another one malay salesman who is busy talking to a woman clerk. So we waited patiently until 15 minutes later, the first customer left, that particular salesman ignored us and get ready to leave too! Dont even bother to ask us anything when it is so obvious that we are the customer too. We got even angrier when he shamlessly mentioned, kedai nak tutup. So rude and we wont be wasting our time if we know you dont want to entertain your customer. Then the clerk earlier who had the common sense finally serve us, and while we are talking, this malay salesman has the urged to turn off the light. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Ms Sara is very helpful and patient sales person by entertaining me and my client. I recommend for those who would like to come here and purchase item, please meet her. Good job!
