★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the NSS Service Centre LIKE A BOSS, they inspect my car throughly while they prepared me coffee for Free. For both, inspection the car and coffee. I meant and CHIA ( top customer service Centre) not just at NSS but all services centre in The Glenmarie area he already the best in the area. And the mechanics who inspect my car is like brother from another mother. Clicks right away and friendly guys. Just talked like we knew each other long time ago. Finally For this past 7 years, my Honda jazz finally met his soul service centre which really going to take good care of Him(my Honda jazz)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll rate the service here 5 star as the overall experience and prompt response especially from service advisor Elango. He is detailed in his explanation. The service centre is also clean and very comfortable for you to wait if your service is taking longer than usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First few times the service was exceptional, they served free coffee, not pushy, they tell you what needs to be fixed at reasonable cost and if you agree then only they print out the final quote price.
After MCO however was surprised that the usual servicing (around rm300) was quoted at 750+ by a new reception guy, he straight away added extra premium services that I don’t usually do without asking if I want it. I had the choice to remove them but it still makes you feel “oh no they are becoming just like other workshops simply adding unnecessary things just to make money”, also didn’t serve coffee anymore and the servicing finish faster than normal, don’t know if they still did a good job. Things were more honest with the old reception guy.
