★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service in terms of people-service, but it still takes a while for your car to be serviced. Don’t forget to bring a sweater while waiting for your car because the lobby/waiting area is COLD, FREEZING COLD. (It was a company directive not to increase the thermostat unless requested by us customers lol)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drive a Kia Grand Carnival and it is still under warranty, and came in 3 times since October, but after 6 months and all the hassle of coming very far (I live 40 minutes drive away due to jam) they told me now they do not do warranty claims without solving my issue. (Car serves to left due to alignment issue and replacing the camber nut does not help) Next issue is to solve for suspension replacement but they do not want to do it. Do not recommend for you to come in for warranty claims with Kia. You have lost one loyal customer, I will never come back here. To the rest, if you are willing to pay expensive prices, you will get reasonably good service). Not sure how they can win awards when they wear Kia uniform but do not want to honour Kia claims and ask me to check with HQ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send my car for service here for the first time. The place is very big and clean. Courteous & efficient staff. Very fast too. I like it when i'm consulted and given options before they do anything to my car. They serve coffee too upon request and free wifi. Definitely will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Had a minor issue with the car and this is the closest Kia service centre to me. SOP compliant centre, very thorough and was explained in depth and kept updated on each step/process while I was waiting ??
Comfortable and spacious waiting area and very good soundproofing too as you don’t hear any noise coming from the workshop part at all, which is right next to the wait area.
My car was sanitised right before they passed the car back to me.
Highly recommended, and thank you to Asher and foreman for your friendly and accommodating service ??
