They took more than 45 mnts !
Customer service staff was asking me if I have pen. He lost his pen as he said !!
No towels in the room and they took more than 30 mnts to bring !!
They dont have adequate behaviour or not trained at all !

β β β β β Good location, But not very clean. Low comfort level due to old beds and very bad quality mattresses. Loud, due to noises from other apartments and also traffic noise from the street even on very high floors.
Location is very good, close to KLCC and other main paces

β β β β β its actually a condominium but they rent out some of the apartments. dont expect hotel type of service. but great if u wanna shop massively at KLCC which is a stone's throw away.

β β β β β very good location breakfast also included in the price, large spacious rooms and two bathrooms, in the kitchen was broken glass , additional water in the bathroom has a weak outflow apart of that good nice place thank u
