โ โ โ โ โ Minor picks here and there but as someone who prioritise service over all in my experience, this hotel tops the list. Staffs were all friendly and always ready to help. Buffet breakfast lacked choices but tasted good. Rooms with great view and although little cold was more than enough for a comfortable stay. Felt welcome and appreciated. Will definitely recommend and return!

โ โ โ โ โ Was there for the company annual dinner. The hotel is quite nice and ambiance and very luxury. The roof top with the pool has the prettiest view of klcc twin tower close up. Plenty of parking.

โ โ โ โ โ Service at the front desk was good and warm greetings from the staffs when i walking to 8th floor for high tea.
Just the service staff at the high tea session need to be more polite.
Feel like he is impatient and just want to get his job done and left. Interrupt our conversation and raised his voice drastically.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff were excellent ...from check in to Spa.Hi -tea at Woo Bar and meals at Yen so-so for the price you pay.
View from Wet deck and room breath taking.Room amenities good
Corridors outside rooms a bit too dark till I can't find the lift buttons.Pillow was good but bed a bit too soft for my back.Probably my daughther was right..this hotel is for the younger generation

Staff at front office, Wet Deck, Flock and ground lobby are friendly, nice and attentive.
Special thanks to Sin ling & Chima for accommodating to my husband's request..
It was our first staycation after our wedding and all the arrangements done by these two creative mind ppl was mind blowing.. Loved every bit of it..
The room was beautifully decorated with couple pics, balloons, chocolate and champagne..
The room view was superb, clean, spacious and the bed is so comfortable. The food was good too.. Keep up the good work W KL and I will surely come back soon..

โ โ โ โ โ Not a huge fan of W's but this one proved pleasant. Nice view of the Petronas from an otherwise comfortable corner suite, practical free parking, decent breakfast with option of outdoor seating. No upgrade in spite of Titanium status but it was New Year's Eve.
Location could not more central. Would stay there again.

โ โ โ โ โ This hotel is so hip you cut your own salad leaves for breakfast. There is even a vending machine for champagne at the lobby.
Marriott Elites gets 2 drinks per room and happy hour snacks at the Wet Deck. Don't expect the room upgrade - this place is very popular.
Reservations at Wet Deck highly recommended. Everyone wants to get that poolside photo. There are no deck chairs for lounging - suntans are not cool anyway. The sundowner drinks list is good value if you get there before 7pm to watch the city turn dark.
