★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience for me. My car were damaged twice after sending it over for warranty claims. First time the driver's side door sill was dented. Recently the rear bonnet was dented too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encountered a (non-urgent) problem just before the extended Chinese New Year holiday break and was advised to bring the car in on an appointed date afterwards. Today, the problem was not only resolved, but they attended to another service advisory matter at the same time and the car was ready for collection as promised. The technician Brian who attended to this was not only courteous, but took pains to explain what the issues were. Fantastic service and well done by the team there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car due to sudden mid road broke down. For ONE whole month still can't find any reason nor solution to fix it. My salesperson been very helpful for trying to understand the situation, but BMW seems like not bothering to solve their customer's problem. This is not the first time it happens, and this is getting frustrated as it might happen anytime again. I will neither consider BMW nor introducing anyone. BMW's good customer service died down, all they have is just "good" fame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service centre and the most useless service advisor that I have deal with so far. Sent car for service and none of them give update to the owner after 5 days. The owner has to call them (really like a king…so arrogant), look like they don't have any SOP on handling customers, what a shame BMW KL.
