★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a 3hour standing wait(senior citizen), just to clear a doubt.i was refused entry to clear the doubt, had to join the long queue with people waiting to register for aproval of driving a grab. When i reached the information counter, my enquiry took 7 mins .thats all it took. I didnt need to go to the staff counter. It was s psinful wait with my backpain.

Every time go directly the security guard won't let to see customer service also only can go in by appointment but appointment taking 1week time.
