★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a service provider , I think location of service is important. Just found out that labs located within hospital is only for hospital customers. It would help
if these locations are not stated in the website as they are not directly available for public. Or just put a note saying it is only available for hospital customers. Another point is if the call number is only for fax then don't state an option for calls. Thanks.

Tomorrow 13th November 2021 exactly 2 weeks and cannot have my test report print out
Luckily I had my own printer to print out my report which is needed tomorrow for my doctor appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really hope gribbles can improve their service. Employees need to improve on their work ethics. Don't say lab doesn't affect patient management. Everything is about timing. I will not refer gribbles anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE. The patient waited for more than 2 weeks, no response at all!! at least call us if there is a mistake or invalid sample. Don't u have PIC to accounter delayed samples???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband got his gribbles lab tested POSITIVE for Dengue but NEGATIVE result from Columbia Hospital at the same day. (14 Feb 22)
Never ever trust this gribbles lab, not professional at all.
Waste of time and money.
Do not deserve any stars!!
