โ โ โ โ โ Dear GSC, please put cleanliness as top priority in keeping your service level up to standards. Especially at such critical times with covid 19 still roaming.
Fully understand of the shortage of manpower after severe impact from multiple MCOs but it should not deters you to provide a clean environment for your patrons. So I'm giving a 2 stars for a hope of improvement.
Customers are there to watch spiderman, not to watch spiders hunt for ants that is hunting for popcorns...

โ โ โ โ โ caught gsc selling 2 single seats as twin/couple seats again just like gsc summit and to add on after the movie after asking gsc staff where is toilet he direct me to mall public toilet downstairs but I recalled that I do saw gsc toilet prior to entering the halls give my money back

โ โ โ โ โ This branch is located in the mall itself. The location is accessible by MRT and you alight at Taman Mutiara station.The ticketing machine that I used while doing the purchasing was working just fine. The leather seats were really comfortable.

โ โ โ โ โ Another cinema newly added 6 months ago specially for Cheras's movie mania. Spacious waiting area, elegant design n cozy ambiance, great. Only it's located at very top level required walking energy.
