★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, it is super easy to book through their app.. And the self buying booth is user friendly as well. The halls were clean and the staffs were friendly as well as helpful. Have special rate for senior citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The theatre itself is good,but the in-mall parking fee is so expensive ! I paid RM 14 for a 3 hour movie, that's almost a movie ticket price for one person ! Never coming back here ! GSC NU, if you dont want to lose anymore customer, it is advisable to enable customers with valid movie tickets to be able to claim flat rate parking with the mall's parking management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a movie that was playing at 12.10 am. So poor washroom facility for female. Mall washrooms were locked when we got here at 11.30pm and gsc cinema toilets were not clean and only had one functioning for numerous to use. Terrible facility.

There are snacks and drinks inside cinema but the its pricey.
The toilet is lack of cleaning and a bit disgusting.
Suggest to get the ticket online to avoid the queue.Can scan the QR code at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience ever. Toilet is leaking cinema hall is not even been done any sanitary an allow customer to enter. So unhygienic. Informed staff they were helpful but unfortunately they just clean a roll whereby don’t bother to re sanitised the whole hall. Please keep your cleanses
