★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Gucca i) Long Delivery time-starts in Jun ends in Dec, ii) Product purchased not as expected (be ready for surprise!) at point of purchase, i.e. crucial information was concealed for customer decision making?; iii) Customer service is not taken seriously - take it or leave it attitude since payment is made? or rather the purchase is too immaterial?
I am a highly unsatisfied customer who has purchased a half leather sofa RM 3.9k in June14. Sofa was delivered in Aug (late delivery is tolerable at this stage), what was unacceptable was the actual look of the sofa turned out very different from the photo shown at point of purchase (the sofa has 'wrinkles' at most of the joints). Called the seller and being reassured the condition was due to packaging and seller promised to redo if condition persists. Sofa was again sent back to be fixed (called in Sep but pickup only in Nov). Delivery done in Dec (problem not solved at all!). Plenty of calls and visits made but still unable to get manager's response to this. The official website highlighted Italian design and lifestyle (totally agree) and dedication to customer service and creative problem solving (I doubt the existence of this value). While the salesperson has been courteous during the whole ordeal, the manager should take charge when it comes to customer complaints on unsatisfactory products.
