I waited standing for 15 min nobody could be bother with helping me finding my sizes. Too busy standing in a group chatting away rather than working ? Very snobby to their customers and not welcoming at ALL!!!! Disappointed in their customer service ? honestly couch and Adidas give BETTER Service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've since moved their store from being right by the information counter, to being right in the middle of everything where you'll hardly miss it. They don't have as much casual clothing as before, which is quite a bummer if you're here looking for nice fashionable tee-shirts and smaller gifts. The wallets are nice and price points attractive, albeit the designs being rather limited unfortunately. Almost got the monogram leather wallet but only if they had it one size smaller!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and impolite staff , the way they look at people and the snobby attitude they give towards their customers really needs some self reflection as a salesperson. Didn’t even look me in the Eye when I asked for prices. although it’s an outlet, it’s still a lot of money people are paying . Even Watson’s can serve better. Would rather pay 40-50% more at retail to get a better service. GAME UP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eventhough not boutique, but still represent Gucci. Cheat code " Do u have that item in stock? I'm interested." I mean, if no need queue, then just let everyone in, I doubt they will purchase anything. Don't let anyone wait outside for >30mins and expect uncultured swines to cut queue, all Chinese around 5 people, not once but TWICE. You loss a lot of customers today. Unfair treatment is your motto is it?
