★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small room, very clean, floors, bed, toilet, tabletop all up to standard.Beds comfy not sagging. Air condition function nicely staff very friendly and super helpful.full set toiletries given. Even has hair dryer and kettle for such a price. Location super convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience about their customer service and the system of the hotel. I booked for 6 nights. In the 3rd night, I went back from training at 4am but I realized my access card was not functioning. There is NO ONE from the hotel can support me. They off work at 11pm everyday and after that time, I can't find anyone. Even there's no hotline to call. The only number I can contact is the office number at the counter, it couldn't reach to anyone. I'm so disappointed that the hotel is actually leaving all the guest in the hotel and no one cares for the guest.
The next day I checked with the front desk and the lady said the setting for my card was valid until the 2nd night only. Hello? And then I requested for refund. The staff are so irresponsible about their mistake. They didn't apologized, they promise to check with supervisor and boss and will WhatsApp me but it never happen. I have to approach them everyday personally. My schedule is so packed and I need to chase after them to give me feedback. And then they asked me check with Agoda since I booked from Agoda. I understand. But I need some proof to show Agoda that I wasn't able to access the room on that day.The lady initially said they cannot do in this way. But I explained nicely to her that I'm not asking them to help me request for refund, it's jz a letter to confirm I'm nt able to access. Again, the lady said will check with boss and get back to me. She never revert. The last day when I checked out, it's another new member on duty. I asked him to remind the supervisor to revert to me. I never receive any feedback.
I want to speak to someone but seems there's no one will attain to this issue and I've no choice to try whatever way to leave a very bad review for them. 2-star hotel I never expect too much, but this kind of attitude I don't think I should take it just because it's 2-star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserved for 1 star only. Don't understand why the rating at agoda is so high with dirty and smelly (bau rokok) room, comforter and bedsheet. Exhaust fan, lamp at both side of bed are not functioning. Bathroom light flickering when using hair dryer. The only good point is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean enough for a hole in the hole. Location is excellent because of close proximity to mrt and a small mall. Conveniently near many a grocery store, restaurants and cafes

I can't tolerance about hygiene so i decided to check out directly and changed to another hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mattress springs are gone and staff said nothing can be done about it. Pillows don't have any support. Bedside lamps don't work. Hallway and bathroom lights are controlled with one switch, (that means the room will be in darkness unless the hallway and bathroom lights are left on), we had the room at the extreme end; next to a bar with a live band that plays until 1am.
Also, the room was dusty and grimy. The towels had a funky smell.
We only stayed a night but it was one night too many.
NOT WORTH IT EVEN IF IT'S A FREE STAY.

Now become lousy boutique hotel..
Unprofessional receptionist.
Room quality, Spoil bed, old & spoil pillow.
Water shower very little.
Cleanliness below expectations. Oh my goodness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the cleanliness , the interior environment is very good. Convenient location as well with family mart and kk just around the corner. Staff is very friendly. Light sleep thou have to be aware as our room is very close to a live band bar so music to midnight. Big thumbs up to the friendly staff at night that kept opening the door for me :)
