β β β β β Just went in for the trial but were forced to pay RM1098. Knowing you are going for only trial, They will still explain about scalp treatment price and proceed. So you naturally think it's under trial. They will also mention "trial" when the staff takes over but Then once you've completed, they will say today is not the trial and they have explained earlier about it. Such a scam. And they won't refund. HAIR DOC BANGSAR ARE SCAMMERS,!!

β β β β β Unprofessional staff.
I went to try out promotion package. The price is supposed to be RM99 (as in poster advertised) inclusive of scalp treatment. On my first consultation, I was informed that scalp analysis and folli-lite therapy will be RM 99. But, deep scalp cleansing is RM 700. Therefore in total it will be RM 799 (for first trial).
I said, I'll try out for promotion first. Let's see how it goes..
They try to convince me over and over again on full package. Asking me if I even have enough credit card balance..etc. I AM ANNOYED. VERY ANNOYED.
I was fooled, I took on full package together with their shampoo and serum. Guess what? I had unusual hair fall next day. I was damn worried.
Lesson learned. If you have hair problem THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Please seek proper medical professional advice. Don't waste your money. You can get the same scalp treatment in other saloon with cheaper price. Folli-lite therapy is NOTHING SPECIAL too. Buy it online - use it, at home.
