โ โ โ โ โ My first visit here. It's pandemic time and everything is a new norm for all of us. You must call first to make appointment. It's actually a good practice. So you just have to go there according to the time given. The Veterinary Doctor is really good & soft spoken. Treated my cat very nicely and everything went smoothly. It's really nearby to Penang Airport.

โ โ โ โ โ Brought my foster kitten over there, the clinic assistant was very helpful and friendly. The doctor is soft spoken and very professional, explained things to me in details and advised me accordingly. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Taken my cat after placing an appointment via phone. Good SOP with ample social distancing. And alhamdulillah the treatment goes well for my cat. Friendly staff but never saw the doctor. My cat were taken in by the staff. Not a big deal since we should try to avoid unnecessary contact in this new norm era..

โ โ โ โ โ Service not too professional, i came far from bukit bendera suddenly they said not taking emergency cats. Before i came i already called many times no one answered and they said " Kami ada kerja dekat belakang so tak sempat nak jawab" is it reliable????? Very bad, even not say sorry.

โ โ โ โ โ Brought my 6 weeks kitten Atom here for his first vet visit. The staffs were super friendly and the doctor was very professional! Atom had a slight eye infection and its getting better now. Highly recommended.
