★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why people say their staff are friendly. They aren’t at all. There are like 5-6 sometimes almost 10 nurses at the front desk & all they do is talk to each other & aren’t friendly at all. As a first time customer there I really felt uncomfortable with them. Don’t even get me started when I called them to make an appointment for my emergency. The seats that we sit on to wait is all rusty & dirty. For the rate they’re charging (EXPENSIVE!), I’m guessing it is mostly used to retain all those nurses who have zero customer service attitudes which the clinic clearly doesn’t need. More manpower is good if they’re efficient, but they clearly aren’t.
Instead, with the profit you get, you could upgrade your clinic to a better looking one, keep/hire only one or two nurses, spend some money on customer service training, and at least customers who spend money at your place would feel that our money is being spent wisely not only for the treatment but also for the facilities & what matters most — the experience.
SAMC (Kajang) management, please do something with your clinic & staff if you want customers to recommend you to others. I personally wouldn’t until I see that the reviews written are actually looked at & action is taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are excellent. But do not expect the service will be the same. Promises to call back, sangat mengecewakan. No human or pet touch even they touch your pet. The doctors are excellents, no doubt about it. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best vets. Have sent two of my cats here for issues on diarrhoea and the drs were always very thorough in check. Conducted fecal test, when my cat had poisoning they took blood to check whether there was any organ failure and when my kitten had severe diarrhea even did ultrasound scan to rule out any issues. When I boarded my cat for illness they called to update everyday and even provided a summary of the discharge to know what the treatment plan was for my cat and estimated costs. Very grateful to dr Hemadevy and dr veenosha for their professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left door is for dog entrance, and right is for cat entrance. You have to make appointment first before you come. Just give them a call. Receptionist was okay. Doctor is good as she explained in detail and suggested my cat to do scan (based on my concern) eventho I was the last customer (as you can see from the picture) Consultation price on pub holiday is expensive, medications price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rescued a rabbit that had a broken hind leg and needed operation. Since rabbit kinda exotic animal, they need proper surgery and not like cats that have a lot options for vets clinic around kajang/bangi. Surgery attended by two good doctors, Dr. Thiviya and Dr. Ragu and it took like 4 hours! Thank you for your dedication.
I read abt reviews saying that the hospitality isn't great but so far I have no problem there, maybe sometimes it is just the way you bring yourself in. On the 2nd appointment of the rabbit, I almost fainted in the examination room because of low blood sugar and Dr. Thiviya went out to buy me a bar of choc and a bottle of 100plus, frankly that's a hospitality that I hardly get from any other vet (coz I never fainted in vet clinic before).
And as for pricing, I thought the price there will be over the roof, but when compared to UPM vet, the price is cheaper in SAMC and the waiting time is shorter compared to UPM (it is because they have a lot of animals to tend to). You can discuss the pricing with the doctor like I took the rabbit on the next day of the 1st operation to deduct 5 days in ward, so far the rabbit doing just fine.
So I think for exotic animals, SAMC can give a good service with reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for couple of years… happy with how they took care of my cats. My latest one would be Oren, my ckd rescue cat. He just came home from about 5 days of warding due to a bladder issue. He had blocked bladder and blood in the pee on 14/2 night, admitted hospital on 15/2 and discharged today on 19/2. Blockage cleared and peeing nice clear pee. I have 11 cats and all of them have been cared for by SAMC Kajang. All the doctors and staffs are caring and always do the extra mile to help our cats get well and make sure I understand what is happening to the cats and what treatment is being done. Diagnosis is detailed and they have the equipment to do various tests, ultrasound, x-ray etc on your cat/dog. So the diagnosis is based on proper data. Big thanks to the SAMC kajang team and keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good doctor. Very polite and good explanation about my cat injuries. Teach me how to clean the cat wound and explain the further more what going happen to my cat if still not recovered. The way explanation, it calm but still I can understand the final result.
