★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will be super responsive and fast until they get your signature on that contract - after that get ready for 4-6 hour late deliveries, abysmal service and unapologetic shoddiness. ‘We’ll deliver before noon’ is parlance for ‘you’ll get your water sometime in the next 48 hours’! I’ve had occasions where they literally delivered the next day!!!!
