★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were quick to respond to a/c service request. They were on time! Friendly, honest and well presented. Cleaned up after themselves and were even lovely towards my children.
Whilst first repair was not successful they were quick to send techs back out at no charge.
Communication excellent.
Recommend them any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They hit a water pipe while drilling through my wall to hang up some blinds are curtains. Flooded my place and then patched up the plaster and left without completing the job. There was absolutely no communication to me to tell me what was going on and how they were proposing to fix it.
They tried to blame me for not telling them there was a water pipe in the wall!
Office was totally unhelpful and refused to send help. Referred me to their boss who has not bothered to call me. Today the patch up on the wall started leaking again. Still no call from the boss.
Very frustrating for a repeat customer. They are unable to deal properly with their customers when things go wrong. Will be suing them for damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing, AAA Fix It insisted that they will require a check at your unit before the installation of the water heater and they charge exorbitant amount (for my case is almost RM 300!) just to come and check if the wiring and water pressure is right. Promised that the amount for checking will be deducted upon confirmation of purchase of water heater from them, but only after paying the checking fees, they quoted you a ridiculously high price for the water heater as compared to market rate. Worst still, the person doing the quotation (which is different person that do the checking and advising you earlier on the rates) said they never promised they will deduct the fees for checking and the recommendation given during the check and the person preparing the quotation is totally different. Fine since we have paid the checking fees and that is a sunk cost, we still purchase the water heater from them for installation. Now after one year and a few days, the water heater is spoiled (and that water heater costed me around RM 900++! and it only works for one year! ridiculous!), so I called in and ask what can they do. You know what? They say they couldn't find my record of purchase from them, and they told me that they can sent some people just to come and check, but they will be charging for sending that person to come and check what is the problem. From past experience, no thanks for that! They may just charge you for another few hundred (which might as well you just employ others to fix a new one for you) just to come drop by and check the problem and advise if you can claim warranty. Just like a scam company, they could just make their profit by dropping by and check for you thingy. Totally worthless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid these people - or you will regret it. They burst a water main pipe in my house through sheer carelessness while drilling and then refused to repair it. Leaving a mess behind. The business is owned by some arrogant white guy who is most unhelpful. As for the quality of other work they did - really mediocre.
My advice is to get workmen & contractors ONLY from recommendations of your friends or family. Ask around. Someone will know someone they can vouch for. The Internet is not a good place if you don't have DIRECT experience of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Work. They are the best plumbers by far, that I have ever worked with. They worked quickly, and were sure to clean up any mess made during the installation. This is the second time we have used this company and consider them our go to plumbers. They deserve more than 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had emergency issue with my aircon unit, saw the AAA team were doing some jobs for my neighbour, the technician request to call office to fix appointment. I am pretty lucky as the receptionist manage to help and slot me into the schedule before their technicians go for their next appointment. They have done a good job and my aircon is working nicely now. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The invoice is 690myr not 570 myr so something is odd if you think it is 570 myr.
The pressure is fine the heater is not , everything I have stated is correct. I would rather have good service than write a bad review, is that blackmail ?
If you are thinking of using AAA I would strongly recommend you think again after reading this..
AAA fitted an Elton SS308 in line water heater ,the next day the heater pipe burst and flooded the flat. They showed no sympathy and refused to pay any compensation.
On top of that the water heater is not effective , they charged 570 myr for the heater alone (extra for fixing ) that can be purchased on line for only 220 myr.

It was a difficult Job because there where pipes in the ceiling, but the technician gave me great recommendations on how to do it the most efficient way. The installation was fast and clean. I am very happy with the work and surly will use them again. Thank you for the great work.
