★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think my in-law family got a hard-time after sending my father-in-law to this nursing home. Patient might have weird tempered but the nurse is not patient enough and not doing their job right causing the elderly condition worsen and admitted hospital for a few times within a few weeks stay in. The owner of the nursing home always hiding from confronting with the patient's family and not willing to provide explanation and even pushing the responsibilities. Nurses are lazy and not well-trained. Basically, the charges is not value for money as we need spend extra time and extra effort to monitor the nurse performance. Such a lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses here are not qualified to care for the patients. My dad admitted not long ago and only just 2 days staying, his Ryle’s tube came out and they never check if the tube is in the stomach before EVERY feeding like they’re suppose to. My dad got admitted into the hospital because his tube came out. We requested to talk to the director of this nursing home but was declined. So if you really do care for your family members, don’t ever thinking of coming here and risk spending at the hospital.
(For those wondering, my maid went back home for holiday that’s why we sent our dad here for a few weeks.)
If the director is reading this, please evaluate who you employ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We send our father in law here. The staff are ok but they play a lot. We didn't know my uncle fell and bleed until later we found out. We requested for refund as it's not cheap and we did a police report. After the police interference, they changed the colour of building from yellow to grey. Yes they have good facility but I think the staff must learn to handle patient properly and responsible. The director is a weird guy but the manager Ms Shikin is very helpful. Hope things have improved.
