★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a Mi Vacuum Robot from this outlet. The customer service is ZERO, do not expect good shopping experience here. Bought the product right away because I have done enough research, the sales mans contribute nothing to this purchase. Definitely won’t be back to this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a bad experience on this store. Walked in and ask will I get free tempered glass if I buy redmi note 7, he said currently no promotion. Then I asked how much for the glass, he said RM19. Okay, I said I buy the phone + tempered glass. He unsealed the box then only went to check out if tempered glass still has stock. Then he told me no more tempered glass and asked me to go other shop to buy. Other shop charged me RM49 for the glass btw. I mean I could easily walk out without buying but as I saw him unsealed the box already, I decided not to find any trouble on him. Please remember to train your staff to be more professional.
