The irresponsible sales behavior is really unacceptable.
I place a washing machine order on 2nd jan 2022 and She said after 10th jan able to ship out, order confirmation slip stated delivery date on 13 jan 2022 but until 14 jan no body call me to update on my order.
Called her on 14 jan to check on my order but she said she onleave, call again on 15 jan to follow up, 1st & 2nd call she didnt pickup, 3rd call onward she switch off her phone.
Until today 19 jan 2022, i yet receive her call to update me about my washing machine delivery.
Neverthe less to mention, i ald make payment for my washing machine, yet she never get back to me until now. Felt like kena scam...?
Shall i complaint this to harvey norman HQ?

β β β β β Its a decent place to shop and compare prices before you actually purchase. They do stock the latest goods although their after sales may be a bother. Prices are ok but as mentioned, you should shop around before you purchase.

β β β β β Staff in Harvey Norman have no basic customer service etiquette! I saw a girl is being shouted atβ¦.where the sales person is in the wrong at first.
If harvey norman continue to hire staff like this its a disappointment to all customers!

β β β β β My most favourite. Their price is slightly cheaper. Some is compared to online, its slightly expensive. I bought lg 27UP850-w monitor. Price in shoppee is 1998, here it was 2k plus. Best thing here is the customer service, top notch. The staff and managers knows their stuff, helpful, friendly. They go extra mile to serve you. At least my experience was 10stars. The pic for the IT was soooo good. Here they accept most of the bank card for 0% installment and any purchase above 3k can go up to 36months. U have options to extend your waranty. This are the very reason why i would shop in harvey Norman and overall sunway pyramid branch are closer to my heart

β β β β β Sent in an item for repair under and they are so unorganised. They told me will take 1 week that's why I sent it in. Then after a week, they told me will take a 2 months. Then when i said I want my item back, they asked me to come in and then when I do, they can't find my item. After waiting for 1hr then only realise it was sent to the service center. The most annoying part is, they haven't even been picking up my calls. I'm done buying things from here. Find a different Harvey Norman store if you can

β β β β β DO NOT buy anything from this Harvey Norman or any Harvey Norman. Prices online are way more competitive and it has been 2 months since I sent an item in for a warranty claim and have received no calls or information as of now. They also don't bother to pick up the phone.
