Very good quality sofa with exclusive fabric, excellent service from salesman, they will explain in very details and will recommend you to take which design that suitable for your house. They are so lovely and helpful. I am really fall in love with this brand. In future if I got second house, definitely will come and purchase their product again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with this company's treatment towards a loyal customer.
My brother, upon my recommendation, bought a sofa set, 3 queen beds and other items from them. Unfortunately, he suffered a stroke and fell off the queen bed. It was then decided that a KIng bed would be safer in his situation. I approached Hatch to request an exchange of one of the new/unused queen bed set (Still in original packaging) and instead buy a bigger King set from them.
This matter was brought up to the attention of the management but the response we got was a stubborn "No". We strongly feel that their customer service treated this situation with a total lack of compassion and management did not even try any attempt to find a workable solution for both parties.
All in all, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Very poor handling of a customer issue indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their product so much, especially the model 3322. They offer a lot of composition for selection and I brought the corner design. It looks great and the quality is not bad. Even my pet also like to sleep on the sofa. Definitely will recommend HATCH to my friends.

Miss Eunise, the sales person also demonstrated professional customer services including detailed product introduction, fabrics selection suggestion and guide to match our needs. We bought Sofa, Dining chairs, bed frames and coffee table for our new apartment. She always provides timely updates on our order status and progress. Just want to share our shopping experience and to appreciate for her excellent customer service.

The sales agent Alex has offered very personalised service n provided good ideas on sofa types, colour selections and even the after sales service was amazing from him. He was not pushy for the sale at the beginning, very responsive to all enquiries and the process of dropping the purchase until order made for delivery was all done at ease. We really appreciate the kind service from him. Thanks Alex ??
