★ ★ ★ ★ ★ clearly go auto is short of staff. key processes such as insurance claims and warranty claims are handled by the same person. obviously even after more than a month neither was settled and left collecting dust on the table. Management please take note and don't cut corners..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars (not even good for 1 star). Don't ever buy Haval car as their service really terrible. I made a complain on Jan'19 on my 'stupid' spoil radio until today NO news on the replacement. Give all sort of nonsense and excuses....really disappointed...don't know what else to say or other revenue (maybe other social media platform or consumer association can help me to claim back loses...Anyone can propose, would be much appreciated?) for me to pour out my utmost frustration!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not pay for premium...touch screen..gps..and rear camera not working after 6 months. Claim warranty 6 months also no parts...no stocks..dont get impressed by 7 year warranty. Buy also no stocks...wat is this...6 months new stocks also cannot arrived in this internet world? Talk to customer service also useless. If not going to settle im making my claims through consumer tribunal. No parts then dont sell car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service centre attitude and manner. No signage to indicate where to park our car for service, no sign where the service reception area is, and their service centre call no is always unanswered. Therefore I walk in. The service advisor sitted next to the manager room is extremely rude when I enquire where to get the waiting number, he just said duduk duduk. When I asked how would he knows which customers came in sequences he just answered panggil kau duduk, kau duduk aje. Good SUV with horrible after sales service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everytime my car having problem, there is no solution for the damages or etc. i having problem on liquid contain inside radiator & tank. but there is no solution or how to rectify.
then 2nd time i have a problem at tyre joint area also no answer or solution....
