★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Condo is apparently easy to locate along Jalan Pahang, standing tall behind an classic Roman pillared office complex called Wisma Hirh Lotus (formerly know as Galeria). Its close proximity to Taman Titiwangsa, Hospitals, Blood bank and City Centre makes is good choice to many to own or rent this place. It has decent! Security, card access system, swimming pool and Gym. This condo comprises of 3 towerting block namely Block A ,Block B & Block C.
Block A (A1 & A2) happens to be the mostly sought for as majority of its occupants are Malaysians and Qwners themselves.

Freehold..only 1 thing management have to do is to look back and maintain the sauna...overall nice condominium.. In future good investment place..Best Rental Return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recently painted condominium with a nice swimming pool . Units are old but clean inside. Need lots of upgrading. Value for money accommodation considering proximity to the city. RE
event change of management has made this a great place to stay again. Recent landscaping and beautifying around the condo has made this a cleaner and better place to live in.
