โ โ โ โ โ Lousy condo. Top floor roof always leaking when heavy rain. Lifts breakdowns always, one time there was only one lift usable for one whole month! Noisy surrounding area from school in front and construction beside. Acces road heavy traffic during peak hours. Avoid this condo! Very no.y and congested area also.

โ โ โ โ โ This condomenium is single block, with 28 floors, 12 apartments in a floor. 3 lifts, G-3A(4) is for parking and mgt office and other limited facilities.
Half-indoor pool, small kids play area, celebration room, surao and management office in level 3A.
People living in this area is mainly chinese, but all other race ppl and food are are common.
Apartments are very spaceous compare to most other buildings in this range. Apartments are neat clean, the best is the L-shaped kichen with inbuilt refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave and full nicr cupboard sets.
I like the kitchen most.
Mostly 3 rms with 2 toilets and rm2-3 share a toilet from inside the room.
Some apt with 4 rooms, and 3+1 rooms.
A good place to live for a bit longer with a family. Good coomunity.
